Phase one – Establishing coaching partnership
Meet with management and establish the client’s needs and desires in life and career to uncover obstacles that are preventing them from moving forward. We then provide a proposal of services and a coaching contract is discussed. We meet with coachee for the first time and in the first session we go through the coaching agreement. The second coaching session we do an assessment and then report back to management.
Phase two – Action Planning
We establish values, vision and specific goals and develop action strategies.
Phase three – The Coaching Cycle
We review, reassess and give feedback
Phase four – Evaluation and follow up
We evaluate and give closure on final sessions; we prevent slippage and discuss follow up plans.
We create a safe environment for everyone to speak without fear of consequence. We rebuild individuals and teams through open communication and real collaboration. We enhance staff attitudes and behavior to be more professional in the workplace. We totally commit to each other and align to the company’s goals and objectives. |
